Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 October 2026 (Thu)

By using mypujaworld.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using MyPujaWorld

MyPujaWorld is a free platform to discover festival information and community events. You must be 18 or older to create an account, and you are responsible for keeping your login details safe.

Information on the site

Festival dates, timings and panchang data are calculated or collected with care, but may contain errors, and local traditions differ. Event details are provided by organisers and the community and can change. Please confirm important timings with the organiser or your pandit. MyPujaWorld is not responsible for events organised by third parties.

Listing events and posting content

• Only list real events, with accurate details, that you have the right to share.
• Only publish phone numbers or other personal details with the person's permission.
• Do not post anything unlawful, misleading, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights.

You keep ownership of what you post, and you give MyPujaWorld permission to display, edit for clarity and share it on MyPujaWorld and in promotions of the listing. We may review, edit, reject or remove any content, and suspend accounts that break these terms.

Claiming events

Organisers may claim a listed event. We may ask for proof that you represent the organising committee, and may reassign or remove a claim if it is disputed.

Liability

MyPujaWorld is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the site, or from events listed on it.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the new version here. Questions: hello@mypujaworld.com. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru having jurisdiction.
