Mithuna (Gemini) Horoscope 2026

For Mithuna (Gemini) Moon sign, 2026 is traditionally a year that asks for patience and steady effort, with the slow planets mostly in testing houses. Jupiter spends most of the year in your 1st house, Saturn in your 10th, and the Rahu–Ketu axis falls across your 9th and 3rd houses.

Jupiter (Guru) in 2026

Until 1 June (Mon): Jupiter in Mithuna (Gemini) — your 1st house. Jupiter over your Moon sign (janma Guru) is traditionally a mixed position: it brings attention to yourself, your health and your direction in life, but the classical texts warn of restlessness, expenses and changes of place. Use the period to reflect and plan rather than to take big risks; keep a simple routine for health.

From 2 June (Tue) to 30 October (Fri): Jupiter in Karka (Cancer) — your 2nd house (favourable). Jupiter in the 2nd house from the Moon is one of its best positions: it traditionally favours income, savings, family harmony and speech. Family functions, a good relationship with relatives and progress in money matters are typical. It is a good time to clear debts and build savings.

From 31 October (Sat): Jupiter in Simha (Leo) — your 3rd house. Jupiter in the 3rd house is classically less helpful: effort may not bring the expected reward, and plans can be delayed or need to be redone. Short journeys, writing and work with siblings are in focus. Stay patient and avoid starting too many things at once.

Saturn (Shani) in 2026

All year: Saturn in Meena (Pisces) — your 10th house. Saturn in the 10th house brings heavy responsibility at work: results come from long hours and careful conduct. It can raise your standing if you are patient and honest, but conflicts with authority should be avoided.

Rahu in 2026

Until 4 December (Fri): Rahu in Kumbha (Aquarius) — your 9th house. Rahu in the 9th house can bring doubts about beliefs and differences with elders, but also interest in foreign cultures and unconventional learning.

From 5 December (Sat): Rahu in Makara (Capricorn) — your 8th house. Rahu in the 8th house calls for caution: sudden events, hidden problems and health issues are traditional concerns. Avoid risky ventures and keep insurance and health checks up to date.

Ketu in 2026

Until 4 December (Fri): Ketu in Simha (Leo) — your 3rd house (favourable). Ketu in the 3rd house is favourable: courage, research, spiritual practice and focused effort bring results.

From 5 December (Sat): Ketu in Karka (Cancer) — your 2nd house. Ketu in the 2nd house can make speech sharp and family finances uneven. Think before you speak and avoid careless spending.

Traditional remedies

For the planets in testing houses this year, these simple practices are traditionally recommended:

• For Jupiter (Guru): worship of Lord Vishnu or your guru on Thursdays, reading the Vishnu Sahasranama, respecting teachers and elders, and giving yellow items such as chana dal or turmeric to those in need.
• For Saturn (Shani): reciting the Hanuman Chalisa, especially on Tuesdays and Saturdays, lighting a sesame-oil lamp on Saturday evening, honest hard work, and helping workers, the elderly and the poor.
• For Rahu: worship of Goddess Durga, reciting the Durga Chalisa or Durga Saptashati, avoiding intoxicants and shortcuts, and feeding birds or stray animals.
• For Ketu: worship of Lord Ganesha, reciting the Ganesh Chalisa or Ganapati Atharvashirsha, and serving at a temple or helping someone in need.

About Mithuna (Gemini)

Mithuna is ruled by Mercury, the planet of speech, learning and trade. Moon-in-Mithuna people are curious, quick-witted and sociable; they learn fast, talk well and enjoy variety. Their restless mind can scatter its energy, so focus and follow-through are their growth points. Mithuna covers the second half of Mrigashira, Ardra and the first three quarters of Punarvasu.

Symbol: Twins · Ruling planet: Mercury (Budh) · Element: Air · Nature: Dual (dvisvabhava).

How this horoscope is calculated

This is a Vedic (sidereal) horoscope based on your Moon sign (rashi), not the Western Sun sign. We calculate the actual positions of Jupiter, Saturn, Rahu and Ketu through the year using the Lahiri ayanamsa — the same system as the MyPujaWorld panchang — and read each planet's house from your Moon sign using the classical rules of gochar (transit). Rahu and Ketu are the mean lunar nodes.

Transits describe the general weather of the year for everyone born with the Moon in this sign. Your own birth chart — ascendant, dasha periods and planetary strengths — can change the picture a great deal, so treat this as traditional guidance, not a prediction.
